How It Works
Legal coverage can be purchased for the individual or for everyone on your policy. The plan offers:
- 100% attorney fee coverage for a minor traffic violation once per year.
- 25% discount off any other attorney services such as:

All Elephant policyholders can sign up to receive legal coverage for yourself and the drivers on your auto policy for as little as $6 a month*.
Do I need a lawyer for a traffic ticket?
Legal Resources can advise you on traffic infractions and misdemeanor such as speeding, reckless driving, and driving under the influence (for a first offense). When legal assistance is purchased, every driver on the policy will have access to the once-per-year attorney fee coverage for a minor traffic violation.
