Mobile App Account Deletion
We believe it’s important to provide you with control over your personal information and data.
Since insurance is a highly-regulated industry, you’ll need to contact Customer Service to delete your login credentials and remove your account details from this application. However, we want to make sure that you are aware of the benefits to having access to your policy online before you elect to delete your credentials.
We encourage you to make an informed decision after reviewing the following information:
- The most convenient way to manage your policy is through our online features. You can easily view or save your ID cards, manage your billing, or make changes to your vehicles and coverages at any time. Additionally, chatting with a licensed agent online helps you skip any potential hold times you may experience by calling in.
- Once your request has been processed, you will no longer have access to your policy information or documents through the mobile application or website. If you wish to reinstate the ability to self-serve your policy online, your account will need to be re-registered.
- Deleting your online account details will not cancel your insurance policy or affect your current coverage selections. You will still receive email and SMS communications based on your prior selections, but will need to call Customer Service if you wish to make changes to your policy.
